I am not getting any confirmations back in email and/or on the web, why?
You should see a "Thank You" web page displayed after you have completed ALL mandatory form fields and after pressing the "Submit Form" button at the bottom left of either the Visitor or Event Notification Forms.
If you get an "Error" page instead, then stop and follow all directions before proceedings. Users may get the following error pages depending on the type of issue.
If you DO NOT get an "Error or Thank You" web page after you press the "Submit Form" button and get sent back to the Main Submission Form again and again, try one of the steps below or contact the ITD Helpdesk (631-344-5522) for support.
Try clearing your browser cache:
Each time you access a file through your Web browser, the browser caches (stores) it. In this way, the files (including any images on the page) do not have to be retrieved from the remote Web site each time you click the Back or Forward
Try eliminating spyware:
If clearing your cache does not help, try scanning and eliminating spyware from your computer. Microsoft and Ad-Aware offers a software program that has the ability to comprehensively scan your memory, registry, hard, removable and optical drives for known datamining, aggressive advertising, and tracking components.
