Who can access the Visitor and Event Notification Forms?

Access to BNL is controlled by permitting entrance only to those persons who have official business at the Lab and only to those visitors who are properly sponsored by a BNL employee. Requests for individual visits and requests for properly approved events with multiple visitors are handled on separate forms.

Requests can only be made by:

  1. BNL Employees with a current BNL domain account.
  2. BNL Employees with an active employee status in LDAP.
  3. BNL Employees with an employee type designated as employee in LDAP.
  4. If you are on the gate form exception list you may access these forms.
How can I get on the Exception List?
You must send your request to the Laboratory Protection Division (LPD) using their online request form for approval. You will then be notified by telephone or email when this process has been completed. Please note, filling out this exception request does not guarantee gate form access.
